Veggies:
Green zucchinis
Red peppers
Yellow peppers
Orange carrots
Purple cabbage
White onions
Green beans
* Cut the veggies into long strips, and saute in olive oil and salt.
* Cut chicken into long slices, and cook well in olive oil, garlic and lemon pepper (or spice of your choice)
* Combine, and serve over black bean pasta!
